Nothing is more irritating than digging through your closet trying to find things. We know what we are looking for is there, but we’re unable to see it because of limited lighting. This is often the case in older homes. There may or may not be closet lighting in the closet or the lighting is very limited. Happily, there is a fix for this issue. Update the lighting in your closet with wireless closet lighting. It’s very easy, and it’s something you can do yourself.

Here are a few things to consider while before you head to your local hardware store:

  • Choose an LED lighting install anywhere lighting options. This is especially good for people who don’t feel like they could do any electrical work but can peel and stick a lighting mount anywhere. In this instance, it would be the closet.
  • Consider an LED closet light that has motion detection. This is a great option for a person who is renting a space,  or for someone who wants immediate light whenever they pop into the closet.
  • There are many options to choose from when you’re looking to buy a wireless motion sensing light.  Check the local hardware stores and look for two and three-pack stick-on lights that are super easy to install.
  • There is also motion sensor LED lights that have two different modes and one for day and one for the night,  that might be an option as well.
  • Tons of options are available,  from the stick and puck lighting to round ceiling-mounted angled lighting with motion detectors, strips, anything you can think of is very easy to mount but will provide an abundance of light.

So, let there be light in areas where we need it most like the closet. An easy quick do it yourself fix.
