Welcome to Sandpiper Home Inspections LLC. My name is Kevin Johnson, and I am the founder of Sandpiper Home Inspections, proudly serving the general Tampa and St. Petersburg area and I’ve been involved in the home building/appraising/home inspection industry for over 20 years. I personally perform every home inspection and always give my clients the utmost personal attention they deserve.
As a licensed and certified professional, I have a fiduciary responsibility to all of my clients and I have high regards for every one of them. I respect the fact that they rely on me and my vast home inspection knowledge to personally assist them during their home buying process.
Having experience in the home building, mortgage, and appraiser fields and now as an inspector, I understand the dynamics of tradesmen and/or home builders trying to cut corners and still attempting to sell a product.
